Shipping & Returns Policy

1) Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next working day.

2) Delivery Time (Including Processing)

  • Bali: 1–2 days processing + 1–3 days delivery (Total: 2–5 business days)
  • Java: 1–2 days processing + 3–5 days delivery (Total: 4–7 business days)
  • Other regions (Indonesia): 1–2 days processing + 5–10 days delivery (Total: 6–12 business days)
  • International: 1–2 days processing + 7–14 days delivery (Total: 8–16 business days)

3) Shipping Cost

  • Bali: IDR 20,000
  • Indonesia (outside Bali): IDR 40,000 – 100,000 (depending on location)
  • International: IDR 150,000 – 300,000 (depending on destination)
  • Free shipping: Orders above IDR 500,000 (Indonesia only)

4) Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier services such as JNE, J&T, SiCepat, GoSend, and DHL (international).

5) On Display in Store & Ordering

  • Some items may be marked as “on display in store”.
  • Customers can visit our Bali store to view the product.
  • On-display items can be ordered in-store and shipped to the customer or prepared for pickup.
  • Delivery time starts after the order is confirmed and follows the shipping times above.

6) Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

7) Returns & Refunds

  • Return period: within 3 days of receiving the item
  • Condition: unused, original packaging
  • Non-returnable: used or damaged items
  • Refund time: 3–5 business days after approval
