1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time (Including Processing)

  • Bali: 2–5 business days
  • Java: 4–7 business days
  • Other regions (Indonesia): 6–12 business days
  • International: 8–16 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier service, address accuracy, and peak seasons.

3. Shipping Cost

  • Bali: IDR 20,000
  • Indonesia: IDR 40,000 – 100,000
  • International: IDR 150,000 – 300,000
  • Free shipping: Orders above IDR 500,000 (Indonesia only)

4. Delivery Partners

We use trusted courier services such as JNE, J&T, SiCepat, GoSend, and DHL.

5. Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be provided via email or your order page after the shipment is handed to the courier.

6. In-Store Display

Some items may be available for viewing at our physical stores in Bali.

  • Customers can visit our stores to view selected items.
  • Orders can be placed online through sparkle.shop or in-store.
  • Product price and availability are shown on the product page. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer a replacement or refund.

7. Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • With tags attached (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds
